Privacy Policy

MonGPT (“we”, “us”), a product of MonstarX, provides AI customer-support agents trained on our customers' content. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Account data: name, email, and authentication details when you sign up (processed by Clerk).
- Customer content: website pages, documents, and text you choose to train your chatbot on.
- Conversation data: messages exchanged between your visitors and your chatbot, stored so you can view them in your dashboard.
- Billing data: handled by Stripe — we never store card numbers.
- Usage data: request logs and error reports (Sentry) to keep the service reliable.
How we use it
- To operate your chatbots — your content is used only to answer your visitors' questions.
- We do not train AI models on your content or conversations, and we never sell data.
- Transactional email (invites, trial notices) via Resend.
Where data lives
Infrastructure runs on Cloudflare's global network and Neon (Postgres). AI answering uses model providers via OpenRouter; only the content needed to answer a specific question is sent per request.
Your rights
You can export conversations from the dashboard, delete knowledge-base content anytime, or request full account deletion at [email protected]. We honor deletion within 30 days.
Visitors to sites using MonGPT
If you chatted with a website that uses MonGPT, the site owner controls that data; contact them for deletion requests and we will assist.
